Life can be overwhelming sometimes and you do not have to struggle alone. You have strengths within you that we can build upon. I have skills based on years of study and experience that I will share with you. We will work together to resolve your current challenges while we examine patterns of thinking and behavior in order to avoid or quickly resolve future stumbling blocks. In an atmosphere of trust, comfort and acceptance, we can achieve lasting solutions. I work with children ages 12 through 19, as well as adults; specializing in anxiety, stress reduction, life coaching, adjustment disorders, couples and parent counseling.
