Who am I? I’m a warm, empathetic, joyful human who happens to be a therapist. I’m a realist with a sensitive soul. I’ve spent years supporting others through some of life’s most overwhelming moments. I bring my lived experience, humor & warm presence into the room with me. I’m a mom, lover of dogs & the ocean. I believe laughter is healing. I don’t believe therapy has to be cold, clinical, or robotic. I show up as a whole person. I encourage you to do the same. I’ve always had a knack for attuning to people and seeing their natural strengths. I remind others of what’s good & true within them, even when life feels unbearable.
