About

My mission as a therapist is to assist clients in accessing their inner wisdom to form a meaningful response to life's challenges. I believe that relationship is a channel through which healing can occur and the therapeutic relationship can act as a catalyst for this healing. I work with individuals and couples who struggle with a variety of issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship impasse and eating disorders. I am a certified Death Doula and I am currently completing the year-long course in Compassionate Inquiry which uses the method/approach of Gabor Maté.
