My approach focuses on developing a supportive and respectful relationship with clients while finding creative strategies to help clients move toward growth and personal empowerment. We are all part of a larger system, and I focus on these relationships in my work with individuals, couples, families and across ages. By addressing and challenging maladaptive themes and patterns in our lives, we are able to define and move toward our greatest potential.
