As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, I work collaboratively with clients to identify thoughts, behaviors, and relationship patterns that impact emotional health. Sessions are conducted in a relaxed, conversational style, and together we develop concrete action steps that facilitate significant change and growth. I have additional training in the Flash Technique for Rapid Trauma Processing and Prolonged Exposure Therapy, an evidence-based trauma treatment that has been shown to help clients recover from post-traumatic stress.
