I offer support dealing with trauma, sudden loss, relationship struggles, & major life changes- including adjustment to motherhood. What happened in the past does not have to define you. I specialize in helping with depressive struggles to feel connected again and empowered. I work to build self-esteem back. Speaking the truth can feel like a weight is finally lifted. Grounding techniques can help you feel more in control. You deserve to be listened to right now. Trained in psychological recovery, crisis, & trauma. For almost 20 years, I've supported people fighting mental health struggles. I help avoid hospitalization with suicidal concerns or self-injury. I offer help adjusting to life changes & the heartbreaking grief journey. I include providers as appropriate to encourage holistic treatment for further support.
