As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have worked in the field for almost 2 decades with clients of all ages. Reflective listening, CBT, and mindfulness are tools we can use to understand how symptoms develop. My specialties include anxiety, depression, and work-life balance. I provide a relaxing environment that makes it easy to communicate. We will collaborate on a treatment plan using evidence-based therapy interventions to target your symptoms and together we will set short and longer-term goals. In our first session together, we'll get to know each other to make sure I am the right fit for your needs/concerns, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing.
