Everyone has a story and I believe everyone's story deserves to be heard with care and attention in a safe and supported space. I am Jennifer Rose Most also known as Jenny, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University and specialize in treating Anxiety, OCD, Depression, Relationship issues, and Trauma. I work with adults, and couples, using a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a trauma-informed perspective, Exposure Response Prevention Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Imago and Gottman methods for couples. In our work together, I focus on helping you understand your symptoms, identify your triggers, and develop practical skills you can apply to your everyday life.
