I have a Master's Degree in Counseling Education and 30+ years experience of working with people with ADHD, ASD & learning disabilities. Through coaching, I support/work with anyone who is motivated to address challenging life transitions. I'm committed to helping people cultivate well-being, life-balance and meaningful relationships in their lives.
