I offer Telehealth therapy services to adolescents and adults with a focus on substance use and mental health. I also work with significant others (spouses/partners, siblings, parents etc.) who seek support to cope with a loved one's addiction or mental health. The decision to begin therapy is deeply personal and often comes with much consideration. Choosing to share your story and acknowledge life's challenges takes courage and can be a new beginning for personal growth. I am a person centered Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor who will support you with compassion, dignity and respect.
