Hi, I'm Jennifer. Counselor and PhD candidate, passionate explorer of the human experience, and lover of all things creative, spiritual, and humorous. In my counseling practice, there is a combination of mindfulness and depth-oriented insight with a client-led and compassionate approach. My joy is helping people discover and empower their authentic selves. I am often accused of being an advocate of genuine gentle acceptance, and exploring the spaces in-between.
