Hi! I'm Jen, and I am a psychotherapist, seeing individuals and couples via telehealth/video only, with licensure in MA, CA, WA and IN. I offer walk-and-talk in-person therapy in the Central MA/MetroWest area as well. I help those that are polyamorous/ethically non-monogamous, utilizing EMDR for anxiety, depression and trauma-related disorders. I have clinical experience with ADHD, chronic illness, LGBTQIA+ issues, and relationship concerns, as well as perinatal emotional concerns. I also offer EMDR Intensives, so that we may get the work done in fewer sessions!
