I am an IFS level 1 therapist, EMDR provider, and Somatic Experiencing (SE)-Intermediate 1 level practitioner, with 26 years experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma and live healthier, more fulfilling lives. My work centers on truly healing trauma, and managing the depression and anxiey and my skillset allows me to offer multiple approaches to guide this process.
