I specialize in working with women to support their overall mental health and I have advanced training in the field of perinatal mental health to assist women during their fertility, pregnancy and postpartum journeys. I have experience working with women who are going through challenging life transitions, dealing with feelings of depression and anxiety or who are feeling overwhelmed by life stressors. I believe seeking counseling can be a first step towards making time for yourself and to learning the skills to enhance your overall well-being. I embrace a compassionate, strengths-based approach and will collaborate with you to work towards your goals. I am a member of NASW and Postpartum Support International and have completed the Professional Maternal Mental Health Certificate Training and Advanced Perinatal Psychotherapy Training.
