Life can bring many challenges that seem overwhelming. My goal as a therapist is to provide clients a space where they feel supported so they can work through the difficulties they have been facing. Whether a client is wanting to overcome issues such as anxiety and depression or they have unresolved grief or trauma, I meet my clients where they are and assist them with building new resiliencies and ways of coping so that they can be in charge of their life.
