Hello and welcome! My name is Jennifer Snider and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. My clients say they think they are the problem, that they’re exhausted and don’t want to get out of bed sometimes, and they feel alone or isolated. Maybe you often wonder how you ended up where you are and don’t know what changes to make. I hear my clients also talk about feeling confused and unsure about what is even going on in their world and end up overthinking nearly everything, often keeping them stuck. My client is usually an adult looking for more out of life and willing to explore and bring change to themselves.
