My ideal clients are children, adolescents, or adults who need help regulating difficult emotions that we all feel at times. Ideally their family is ready and willing to support them as needed. I work with clients to create goals that they want to focus upon, and work with them to achieve these goals. I have a wide range of experience working with clients of all ages on trauma, neglect, family issues, abuse, depression, anxiety, behavioral problems and other concerns. I often employ cognitive behavioral therapy to help get to the root of mental health difficulties by increasing understanding of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
