At the foundation of my practice is the belief that we all possess the ability to tap into inner wisdom, confidence, compassion and courage. Sometimes, however, life's experiences, family history, trauma and other challenges create patterns of thinking and behaviors that don't serve us. I help clients reconnect with their inner strengths, develop self-compassion, and gain the tools to navigate life with clarity and confidence. Using an integrative and evidence-based approach, I work with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, health issues, grief, parenting challenges, relationship difficulties and career struggles.
