Hello, and thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. Asking for help can be scary. Sharing things with someone you do not know can seem overwhelming. My goal is to get to know you and not try to "fix" you, because you are not broken! My style of therapy is to create a calm environment where we get to know each other and work on what is most important to you. I have years of experience working with trauma and the unique ways that is shows up in your life and within your body. Working on the mind body connection, I believe, allows for a more holistic healing process.
