I know what it's like to be on both sides of the counseling room. Anxiety and depression have threatened my joy, my peace, and, at times, my life. Whether you are working to overcome the trauma in your life, struggling in your relationships, feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, or experiencing depression and/or anxiety, I am ready to listen with grace and compassion. Typically, I work with adolescents (12+) and adults in all stages of life. I am proud to be a QPR Gatekeeper, ready to listen and offer hope to clients who have lost the ability to see the way forward. I utilize trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and somatic regulation to regain a sense of stability and find calm in the chaos. A session with me includes mindfulness, grounding, and stress management techniques.
