Hi there! I am a clinical psychologist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with evidence-based approaches. Based in New Jersey, I've had the privilege of practicing psychology for over two decades. For the past 15 years, I have served as an adjunct professor at the undergraduate and graduate levels, guiding and supervising students. For the past 3 years I have worked as a staff psychologist at Montclair State University, assessing and providing therapy for college students. In my practice, I blend compassion, with scientific rigor, tailoring treatment plans to meet each individual's unique needs & goals.
