I'm an authentic and creative therapist who cares deeply about connecting with clients, building rapport, and holding the therapeutic space. I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, wife, mother, and nature lover. I collaborate with clients to understand their presenting concerns & symptoms, and clarify their goals for treatment. I use metaphors & visuals to teach helpful concepts, and I inquire about strengths and support systems. I enjoy working with kids 11 +, college students, adults, couples, and creatives (artists, writers, and poets). I'm also Internal Family Systems and trauma-informed. I'm curious by nature, and regularly seek training to maintain my skill set.
