My practice focuses on working with individuals who have substance use problems, have become dependent on alcohol or other drugs to cope with life's challenges, or have been deeply affected by substance use. (I practice under my LADC-I in Massachusetts.) As a compassionate professional with 11+ years of experience, and 34+ years of personal growth in addiction and recovery, I get it! One of my favorite sayings is "curiosity replaces judgement". I am a later-in-life graduate from Simmons University in Boston with a Master's in Social Work where I focused on interpersonal trauma and post-traumatic stress.
