I offer a humanistic and trauma-informed approach to therapy, which means that we will work together to explore your values and what goals you would like to set to live your most grounded and fulfilling life. I acknowledge that your identity and experiences are unique and intersectional, and this centers the work we do together. My specialty in art therapy allows an intuitive and creative form of expression to deepen this connection with yourself and your community. In session I offer non-judgmental, supportive accountability for the hopes and goals you determine for our work together.
