I specialize in trauma work, using a trauma-informed, client-centered, and strength-based approach. Together, we can explore how your environments and past experiences have shaped your life—and begin to process and heal. As a former foster youth and first-generation Asian American, I’m passionate about supporting others with similar lived experiences. I’ve worked with individuals, ranging from adolescents to older adults, in navigating trauma, grief, life transitions, chronic illness, disordered eating, and substance use. I also specialize in PTSD, depression, and anxiety.
