Taking the first step towards making a change is the most difficult step, although the most important. Every person who walks into my office is unique and, I believe, that it is best to personally tailor my therapeutic approach based on the individual's needs, personality, goals and lifestyle. I am empathic, understanding and engaging. I take the time to truly listen to what it is the person is going through and base my assessments on a mutually drawn conclusion made between therapist and client.
