I work with adults mid-twenties and up—individuals and couples who are navigating adulthood with more intention, responsibility, and complexity. Many of the individuals I support are men, women, and non-binary folks moving through meaningful transitions: wanting more fulfilling relationships, seeking partnership, reworking family-of-origin patterns, or simply trying to feel more grounded and confident in who they are becoming. Therapy is a space to slow down, gain clarity, and develop a stronger, more trusting relationship with yourself.
