I provide counseling services to adults, couples and families. I work with a wide variety of issues and employ counseling techniques that best fit the needs of my client. My goal as a therapist is to help individuals develop the skills needed to enrich their lives. I have completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I use Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my therapy work with couples during marriage and couples counseling. My professional background leads me to consider the whole person and their unique needs when I provide counseling services.
