I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. If you are finding yourself in a place where you feel confused, stuck, or dissatisfied with certain areas of your life, I am here to help you understand why and what needs to change. I understand this process can feel overwhelming, so developing safety and comfort in our sessions is my priority and what allows for the transformation to happen! In our work together, you will find us developing a safe and connected relationship to be able to find more adaptive, effective ways to navigate your emotions and the life experiences you are encountering.
