I have worked as a mental health counselor as well as a school counselor for over 20 years. I see counseling as a safe place where you can express your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a safe and nurturing environment without having to worry about being judged. I enjoy listening to my clients and helping them work towards a goal through therapy. I particularly love working with adolescents but am open to clients of all ages.
