Hi there, my name is Jiovanna. Do you feel as though you want a more fulfilling life, picturing all the ways that may look, but questioning how to get there? Are you struggling in day-to-day life, or lacking the clarity needed to overcome your current or past struggles? In my treatment approach, I recommend relative podcasts, articles, videos, apps, meditations, and other resources to assist you in your journey while you learn about yourself and build self-awareness. Therapy is not aimed to solve all of our problems, but to empower us to manage and cope with the problems that come our way without feeling completely out of control. I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker specialized in treating adults transitioning, adjusting, and coping with life changes, stressors and ongoing symptoms. I am especially passionate about working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and trauma to help them find ways to create new paths and walk successfully through them.
