Her desire is to help people as young as 5 years old through their personal, emotional, and social journeys. Especially those who suffer from ADHD, anger Management, anxiety, depression, learning disability, self-esteem, self-harm, sports performance, stress, women’s issues, and sexual issues. Jennifer creates a comfortable environment by providing a safe, supportive and judgement free zone to allow her clients to be their authentic selves. To help her clients, she uses a person-centered approach along with Cognitive Behavioral therapy.
