I am duel licensed in Connecticut and Ohio where I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism and challenging negative thought distortions. My experience also extends to addressing issues stemming from trauma, relationship difficulties and parenting challenges. I have extensive experience working with families and children who are facing school-related difficulties and peer conflict. In addition to providing therapeutic support, I assist families in accessing necessary community resources and navigating the educational system. One of the most beautiful aspects of my work is watching people develop and practice resilience.
