My Doctorate is in Advanced Studies in Human Behavior and my Masters is in Mental health counseling. I am an EMDRIA trained EMDR therapist. My therapeutic approach is holistic in nature, incorporating the mind, body, and spirit as it is vital for individuals to fully heal. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy and work primarily with adults suffering from PTSD, anxiety, and depression. However, I am experienced working with people of all ages, cultural backgrounds, and diagnosis.
