Hello, my name is Jenny Alzate. I am a Bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been working in the mental health field for over 25 years. I provide a safe and nurturing environment so that true healing can occur. My specialty is integrating mind-body medicine, energy medicine, spirituality and somatic therapy into my clinical practice. Because of my passion to help others heal, I have co-founded The Enlightenment Counseling Center. An integrative, holistic group practice. We specialize in helping the whole person heal. We combine traditional psychotherapy with Complimentary and Alternative practices and medicines. Having worked in this field for many years, I know that most of our maladaptive behaviors develop early on. The cycle continues until one day you realize I am not happy with my life, I need to change but don't know how. Specializing in inner child trauma work allows me to help you heal at the root level and let the present day self guide you today.
