I was working at the Google headquarters in CA and initially pursuing a legal career following my college graduation but pivoted careers when I personally experienced coping transformation in counseling. I believe that every individual, including myself, can benefit from therapy and can learn to embrace increased self awareness with emotion expression and regulation as well as healthier coping strategies. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults and have provided individual and group counseling in inpatient and outpatient settings.
