With a deep commitment to empowerment, I support individuals navigating meaningful life transitions, including emerging adulthood; the challenges of the 20s–30s; pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood; grief and loss; complicated family dynamics; caregiving for family members; complex breakups; and shifting relationship dynamics. Many clients come to therapy navigating complex interpersonal patterns or healing from childhood trauma, seeking clarity, connection, and emotional resilience. I also provide affirming, nonjudgmental support for LGBTQ+ clients and those exploring polyamory, open, or other consensual relationship structures.
