I am a clinical social worker working with adults. I view therapy as a collaborative process where together we can create new possibilities for the way you see yourself and the way you live. I’m interested in exploring how larger cultural and social systems have dominated the stories we tell about ourselves and how we can challenge those together so that you feel more empowered in your life. As a new mother confronted with many of those dominant stories, I'm particularly interested in supporting expectant parents and those recently postpartum. I'm open to working on a short-term or long-term basis, whatever works best for you.
