Most of my clients are looking for a safe place to unload their biggest fears, stress or worry. They may have struggle with anxieties that nobody else understands or have emotions that are bigger than their friends can help with. They want to be heard, listened to, and validated that they will be okay. Some have gone through trauma and abuse from a young age and may feel it is their fault or are always being criticized for how they act and feel. Being heard in an affirming, caring and calm environment can help us learn new skills and build our confidence and self esteem to put us back in charge of our outcomes in life.
