I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to treat a variety of issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and ADHD. I work with individuals to create a person-centered plan to learn how to manage mental health symptoms, process past and present issues, and work towards a more balanced and fulfilling life. I have extensive experience working with adults, women, and individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community. It is my passion to work alongside others to improve their own lives and our community through empowerment.
