Life is messy, and sometimes, so are we. When it becomes overwhelming, we often forget our own strengths and solutions that we've relied on before. Engaging in therapy services can be challenging, as there is such a stigma in asking for help. I offer a warm and non-judgmental approach, with a side of humor if needed. I have worked in multiple settings, including acute psychiatric care, hospitals, schools, and in clinics. I want to continue to help those who want to improve their quality of life in the way they live, think, relate, or connect to others, and how they demonstrate their authentic selves.
