I work primarily with adults and married couples. I am trained in EMDR therapy to help those who have experienced trauma. I have worked extensively with couples in crisis. I also have expertise in working with people coming out of abusive relationships. I have helped clients in developing a sense of identity, boundaries, empowerment, self-care, and holistic well-being. I have helped people work through processes of forgiveness, grief, recovery, and abuse and trauma healing. Clients have expressed that I create a safe place and share practical tools toward change. My passion is to encourage people to live in the truth of who they are in their unique design as a person. I have a specific tool set to help people uncover and address underlying fears and faulty beliefs; leading to healing, communication at a heart-level, relational connection; and internal and interpersonal conflict resolution.
