I believe we each have our own individual stories and unique experiences in which we face a number of challenges. In my practice I offer a space for those wishing to explore issues, develop skills, and heal past injuries. Incorporating a joy of movement and adventure, I believe health is holistic—combining physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual well-being and balance. I love to surround myself with nature through hiking with my sweet dog Nala, skiing, and gardening. I practice yoga, am a Certified Shamanic Reiki Master Teacher, and believe in the energy and light within us all.
