Everyone deserves a safe, non-judgmental space to process, reflect and heal. I practice from a neuro-affirming lens with clients of all ages. As an ADHD and Mood Specialist, I enjoy working with people who are neurodivergent, or experiencing mood or impulse control disorders such as Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder and Depression. Together we can focus on emotional regulation and impulse control, and improve motivation and social skills. With a warm and empathic style, I aim to help clients gain a sense of awareness, hope, and understanding.
