I am passionate about supporting children and teens who feel misunderstood or overwhelmed, whether they're navigating school challenges, social anxiety, loneliness, or substance use concerns. My background in school-based mental health has given me experience working with children of all ages, along with a unique understanding of developmental needs across different stages. I use play therapy with younger clients to help them process their emotions and build lasting coping skills, while working in collaboration with parents. My goal is to offer hope, understanding, and reliable support throughout the therapy journey.
