I enjoy working with motivated individuals, couples, and families, meeting each client where they are, and taking a direct yet compassionate approach. I have a special interest in working with first responders and their families, targeting relational impact in a systemic approach. I offer sessions in person and via telehealth. In my free time, you will find me spending time with my husband and kiddos camping, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors.
