Life can be stressful and at times overwhelming. Sometimes it can feel like you are carrying a heavy weight on your shoulders. I want to help you lift that weight. I am passionate about working with children, teens, and adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, and mood disorders, as well as those struggling to cope with everyday stressors. I tailor my therapeutic approach to each client I work with, whether that involves talk therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, or a combination of different strategies.
