Hi I'm Jenny! I would consider myself a relational therapist in many ways. I attune easily to clients and find they feel open to confront some of their challenges in therapy which leaves room for new growth. My work with clients usually entails current challenges, trauma processing, strengths-based work, and building coping skills and resources to lead more fulfilling lives.
