My ideal clients are children and families who want to better understand each other and find ways to manage big emotions together. Many of the children I work with struggle to express feelings like anger, sadness, or worry, and parents often come in wanting to support their child but feel unsure how. They’re seeking connection, peace at home, and a space where their child feels safe to just be themselves. I use African-Centered Play Therapy (ACPT) to help children express themselves through play, creativity, and storytelling.
