Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in GA and VA, a registered telehealth provider for South Carolina and a Master Addition Counselor (MAC). For the past 10 years I have assisted individuals on their journey to healing and becoming healthier. I am a solution focused therapist that provides person centered care utilizing cognitive behavioral and trauma informed techniques. In our first session, we will review the intake assessment, get to know each other, discuss the concerns that you would like to focus on in therapy, and identify what your goals are. I have worked in this field for over ten years with various populations and issues. I have learned the importance of creating a nonjudgement safe space, meeting the client where they are, gently encouraging them to move out of their comfort zone, and being part of their support system as they go through this journey.
